從前寒背及體型瘦削體重只有50KG,體能極弱。經多年訓練後,明白從零開始是如何渡過每一個平台期,突破每個重量。亦曾經任職連鎖健身中心多年,教學時數高達5000小時以上,從中體會到因才施教,豐富的訓練模式和利用不同訓練器材特性的重要性,再為客人挑選最適合訓練器材和可行的運動方案。
